spent half an hour revising binary division

spent half an hour revising addition in binary, as i felt that i was forgetting parts of negative binary addition.

Spent half an hour revising terms that i was unsure of in the test, for example concatenation

Mantissa and Exponent Revision

Spent half an hour revising mantissa and exponent, due to me struggling slightly with the topic on the test.

it displays a loading screen for a specified time (around 3600 milliseconds) before entering into the actual code of the program. I made this just to learn how to use console.clear and system sleep commands.
